Beth Edwards Nutrition packages are designed for people with type 1 diabetes and their families who want to receive invaluable 1:1 support, find peace with their diabetes, re-write their relationship with food, make hugely impactful lifestyle and dietary changes and reach a place of ‘being’ in the messiness of type 1 life. 

These nutrition and lifestyle packages are up your street if you’re ready to make positive changes, and you recognise that making these shifts is not always easy, but so worthwhile. Whether you’re recently diagnosed, have lived with T1D for many years, or are a parent or carer of a T1D – this is for you.

The Foundations

6 week deep-dive

This is a focused programme of educational content for T1Ds or their families who want to next-level their knowledge.

It’s a completely person-centred and bespoke approach. If something isn't working, we change it.

You get access to me including full email support for the duration of the programme (like a nutritionist in your pocket)!

  • 3 x 1 hour educational sessions together (each session includes 1 hr prep time and between 1.5-3 hrs research + bespoke plan writing) covering Nutrition 101, Insulin Sensitivity and Future-Proofing to educate you on how nutrition, food and lifestyle can impact your or your child's T1D.

    After each session, you'll get PDF copies of the education booklets, notes of what we discussed and an individualised nutrition and lifestyle plan for you (&, if relevant, your family)

  • Full access to my suite of resources (journal prompts, recipes, video education, shopping lists, meditation recordings and more)

    Access to all three of my self-led nutrition and lifestyle guides

  • Bespoke functional testing recommendations (if appropriate)

Reset + Rebalance

3 month coaching package

This longer package offers the same person-centered approach, but a little more in depth. It includes a full audit of current lifestyle and diet to see what's working and what isn't.

• Deep dives into blood sugar patterns + insulin sensitivity

• Review of recent blood test results you’ve had done, including HbA1C

    I really value what you're bringing to the table. You are the expert of your body and your type 1 diabetes. I have my own experience that I can add and often do.

    Fundamentally, this is why working with me as a partnership. This often shifts expectations around the power dynamic you may expect or have experienced in a different healthcare setting.

  • We’ll start with a free, no obligations 30-minute clarity call. This will allow us to get to know each other, and you can tell me your main goals and struggles, and why you’ve decided to engage with me now. I’ll explain how I work and how I could support your specific type 1 diabetes journey. Essentially, this is chance for both of us to suss each other out. It’s important to me that we both feel I’m the right person for you. Hopefully I am! but there is absolutely no pressure placed on the call. At best, you’re found a great type 1 expert to work with, and at worst, you’ve had a cosy and warm chat with another T1D - win win!

A note on rates

My packages are priced carefully and considerately, and reflect a combination of the following: my 7+ years of training in psychology, health psychology, and nutritional therapy, as well as ongoing continuing professional development; my leadership and expertise in the area of type 1 diabetes; client feedback and contentment with value for money; the prices I need to charge in order to dedicate a portion of my working week to unpaid advocacy for #insulin4all and the needs of people with type 1 diabetes globally.
