As well as my online clinic, I am a health writer and brand strategist. Having spent over 6 years working as a food trends expert in the FMCGs space, I’ve got a keen eye for positioning, brand identity and cultural analysis. I’ve helped brands nail their copywriting, digital marketing, innovation pipelines and communications. I enjoy cutting through the noise, to help marketing teams understand the latest science and research and what it can mean for their customers. I am equally excited about workplace wellness and education, and have delivered successful digital workshops for brands including Twinings, Mars, Waitrose, and others.
